TIMOTHY WADHAMS President & CEO Masco Corp.

Tim Wadhams is President and Chief Executive Officer of Masco Corporation. He joined Masco in 1976, initially serving in several financial capacities, culminating in his position as Group Controller before being transferred to MascoTech (an affiliated company) as Controller, ultimately becoming Executive Vice President – Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. He returned to Masco as Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2001 and was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2004.

Mr. Wadhams serves on the board of directors for Detroit Renaissance and is a trustee for the Arbor Hospice Foundation. He recently completed a term on the board of trustees for the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation.

Mr. Wadhams began his career as a CPA with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in 1972. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
